1. 1-Year Warranty
If a piece develops a manufacturing defect (e.g., clasp failure, premature plating loss under normal use) within 1 year of purchase, contact us with your order details and photos. We will repair or replace the item, or offer store credit, at our discretion. The warranty does not cover normal wear, scratches, exposure to chemicals/perfume/water, misuse, or loss.
2. Returns & Exchanges
- Request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition/packaging.
- Once approved, ship the item back; after we inspect it, we issue a refund (to your original payment method via Zelle/Pix) or an exchange.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned unless defective. Sale/clearance items and custom orders are final sale unless defective.
4. Defective or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We cover return shipping for our error and send a replacement or full refund.
5. Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
