We ship across the United States. Local Philadelphia-area orders may qualify for same-day/express options below. For international or Brazil-based orders, contact us before ordering — arrangements are made case by case.

3. Processing Time
Orders are prepared and shipped after payment is confirmed (Cash on delivery, Zelle, or Pix). In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order / "New Hot" catalog pieces that are not yet in our stock may require additional lead time — we'll let you know the estimate at confirmation.
4. Tracking
For carrier shipments, we send tracking once your order is dispatched. For local same-day delivery, we coordinate the drop-off window directly with you.
5. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — re-shipping due to an incorrect address may incur additional cost.
