1. Agreement

By accessing lagosworld.app or placing an order with Lagos Jewelry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

2. Products

We sell 18k gold-plated semi-jewelry with a hypoallergenic, nickel-free finish. Product photos are illustrative; slight variations in color, finish, and dimensions are normal. Prices and availability may change without notice, and stock is limited.

3. Orders & Payment

• An order is a request to purchase; we confirm it by email/WhatsApp. We may decline or cancel orders (e.g., out of stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud).
• Accepted payment: Cash, Zelle (US), and Pix / bank transfer (Brazil). Where required, you upload a payment proof; orders ship after payment is confirmed.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

4. Shipping, Returns & Warranty

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content, or use it for unlawful purposes. All content, images, and branding are owned by Lagos World LLC and may not be copied without permission.

6. Reseller Program

Participation in our reseller program is subject to separate terms communicated at enrollment. Resale prices are set by the reseller; Lagos Jewelry is not responsible for resellers' pricing or representations.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

The store is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lagos World LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
