Note Lagos Cleaning and CH Elite Washing provide on-site labor services — there is nothing to ship. This policy explains where we work, how scheduling and arrival windows work, and what to expect on service day.

We serve Philadelphia, PA and surrounding areas across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. If your ZIP code is outside our standard area, contact us — we may still be able to help or refer you, and travel surcharges may apply for distant locations.

We schedule appointments within arrival windows rather than exact times, since job durations vary. We aim to arrive within your window and will message you if our team is running early or late. For power washing, weather may require rescheduling — we'll coordinate the soonest dry slot.

Pricing depends on service type, size, and condition. Accepted payment: Cash and Zelle (US), or Pix / bank transfer for clients in Brazil. Payment is generally due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Free shipping/free delivery offers shown elsewhere on Lagos World relate to the jewelry store, not cleaning services.

6. On-Site Conduct & Safety

Our crews are insured and trained. We use surface-safe, eco-friendly products and commercial-grade equipment. We follow safety best practices, but you agree to disclose hazards (e.g., unstable structures, electrical issues) in advance.
