Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Lagos Cleaning Services. By booking a service, using our website, or contacting us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Lagos Cleaning Services
Lagos Cleaning Services is a professional cleaning company serving residential and commercial clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. We are part of Lagos World LLC, headquartered in Philadelphia, PA.

2. Services
We offer the following services:
- House Cleaning & Sanitizing (recurring and one-time)
- Apartment Cleaning & Sanitizing
- Move In / Move Out Cleaning
- One-Time Deep Clean
- Office & Commercial Cleaning
- Pressure Washing — CH ELITE Power Wash (decks, patios, driveways, siding)
All services are subject to availability and geographic coverage. We currently serve the greater Philadelphia metro area in Pennsylvania and select counties in New Jersey.
3. Booking and Quotes
3.1 Booking Process
Submitting a booking request through our website or contacting us by phone/WhatsApp constitutes a service inquiry, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from Lagos Cleaning (by email or text message) along with a quoted price.
3.2 Pricing
All quotes are provided in writing before any service begins. Final pricing is determined based on home size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, service type, frequency, and current condition of the property. Additional charges may apply for:
- Homes not cleaned in 60+ days requiring extra time
- Excessive clutter, pet hair, or hazardous conditions
- Additional rooms or areas not disclosed at booking
- Rush or same-day scheduling
We will always notify you before performing any work that would exceed your quoted price.
3.3 Promo Codes and Discounts
Promotional codes (e.g., LAGOS15) are subject to availability and the terms stated at the time of offer. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Lagos Cleaning reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
4.1 Customer Cancellations
- 48+ hours notice: No charge. Full rescheduling available.
- 24–48 hours notice: No charge for first cancellation. Subsequent late cancellations may incur a $35 fee.
- Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: A cancellation fee of $50 may apply to cover team scheduling costs.
4.2 Lagos Cleaning Cancellations
In rare cases (extreme weather, team emergency, equipment failure), we may need to reschedule your appointment. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer a priority reschedule at no additional charge.
4.3 Recurring Service Cancellations
For recurring cleaning plans (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), please provide at least 7 days' notice to cancel the plan entirely without any cancellation fee.
5. Access to Your Property
You agree to provide safe, lawful access to your property at the agreed time. You may provide a key, lockbox code, or be present during the service. Our team members are background-checked and bonded. Lagos Cleaning is not responsible for delays or inability to perform services caused by inaccessibility.
Please ensure pets are secured during the cleaning appointment for their safety and the safety of our team.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
The satisfaction guarantee applies to services that were performed but not to your standard. It does not apply to:
- Pre-existing damage, stains, or conditions disclosed before cleaning
- Areas not included in the original scope of service
- Damage caused by circumstances beyond our control
- Claims reported more than 24 hours after service completion
7. Damages and Liability
Lagos Cleaning Services is bonded and insured. In the event of accidental damage caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours with photos. We will work in good faith to assess and resolve legitimate damage claims.
We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage or wear to surfaces, furniture, or fixtures
- Items of extraordinary value not disclosed to us prior to service
- Damage to improperly secured or fragile items not clearly identified
- Loss of cash, jewelry, or other valuables left unsecured (please secure all valuables)
8. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and major credit/debit cards. For recurring services, payment may be due at the time of each appointment.
Invoices not paid within 7 days of service completion may be subject to a late fee of $15 or 1.5% per month, whichever is greater.
9. Referral Program
Our referral program allows existing customers to earn a $25 credit when a referred person completes their first cleaning. Credits are applied to future services and have no cash value. Lagos Cleaning reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time with reasonable notice.
10. Website Use
By using lagoscleaning.app, you agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
- Submit false or misleading booking information
- Engage in any conduct that interferes with the site's proper functioning
11. Intellectual Property
All content on lagoscleaning.app — including text, images, logos, and branding — is owned by Lagos Cleaning Services / Lagos World LLC and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
12. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
